I recently bought a boat with all of the wiring/transducer/GPS antenna and network block for a Lowrance 337. But the unit itself was stolen. I have since replaced the unit with my Humminbird 798HD SI. But I need a fishfinder/GPS for my other boat. I have looked around for another 337 and have found a few. But I was wondering, what other higher end Lowrance units will use the same wiring? I figured that I might try to find the biggest baddest unit of that same vintage. It is just a 16ft skiff that is used on the local lakes and rivers, so I dont need a brand new top of the line unit. I figured a older high end unit might be affordable, and I already have the wiring for this one.

And just out of curiosity, how old are the 337's?

You might want to try the Lowrance tech desk for those answers.

I agree with the above.... but FYI, it appears the power cable for that unit is compatatble with LCX-110C, LCX-111C HD, LCX-17M, LCX-20C, LCX-25C, LCX-26C HD, LMS-330C, LMS-332C, LMS-334C iGPS, LMS-335C DF, LMS-337C DF, LMS-339C DF iGPS, LMS-480, X100C, X102C, X105C DF, X107C DF, X125, X126DF, X135, X136DF, X52, X59DF, and the Globalmap units. It probably won't work with any of the newer models.

OK Cool. I think I will look into a 339.
I didn't know how the Lowrance nomenclature worked. I didn't know if it went 337-437-537, etc or if it went 337-338-339, etc. Your info gives me some info to work from. Thanks.
