I dont pay much attention to forecasts, as they tend to be a good guess, at best. When looking at current sea states based on stations and buoys, what makes for a "perfect day"? Wind direction, wave height, and wave timing.... Im looking for what combined conditions make for near flat seas. I have a 16ft Cape Horn and accurate predictions before hitting the water is important, especially with the kiddos. Thanks!
