I've wrestled with props a couple of times. Fortunately, I had a "prop guy" in Houma who was able to set me up. Now I'm wrestling with another. To get a baseline, you should really find out what you are running. It took me a bit of scraping of paint and "googling" to determine where to look since different props are marked in different places. Knowing what you have now and where you want to be can help with your decision making process. Your prop should have the pitch and diameter stamped or at least a serial number. It would be a shame to buy another prop and end up with the same performance you have now.
Also, if there is a decent prop shop you have access to, they can do some "fine tuning" like cupping to help with some minor changes and get you closer to your desired results.

Just did a quick search. If you aren't too far from Farmers Branch, James Propeller is there, but when I "stumbled" on a "Best Dallas Propeller repair" thread in the Texas Fishing Forum, Steve, in Lake Fork TX got rave reviews 903-763-0200. He posts and said if he is too far away, he recommended B&B Propellor, Richland Hills, 817-284-7201.
I've found that the guys who work on the propellers often build them for race boats and can provide good recommendations.
Hope you get one that does just what you want.

Thank you everyone for your help. The guy from triumph emailed me back and said from their recods they show a 11.25x16 prop. Does this sound correct?

And I will definitely give them a call up here in Dallas. Thank you!

X-Shark, interested in your prop. what dimensions / pitch is it? and how much you want? You can PM if you want as well.

11.25 sounds small. Should be a 13" diameter prop. If it was me, I'd be all over X-Sharks prop. Thats really GREAT deal on a 4 blade SS prop.

X-Shark, if you run across a 4 blade SS prop for a 13 spline Evinrude V4 gear case, 13.5 x 17P or 19P, please call me.
