Default What is going on with the bay today?

The bay looks frothy today from one side of 3 mile bridge to the other. Seen rips like this in the bay before but never the whole thing. What causes it?

Froth! Just kidding, prolly alot of fresh water is my guess. When the waves on the beach gets rough long enough a clay colored foam starts up& its nasty! Even smells.
