I see these pass through Crestview all the time headed to Maritime park. What are they

I think they are part of the giant windmill turbines that they ship in out of the port

I agree. I believe it's the hub of a giant windmill, like you see out west.

Nacells, they're the fiberglass housings that hold wind turbine generators.

Drove to Chicago this spring. .. just north of Indianapolis there are thousands of these things.... noisy as hell.
