Default Wed-Thurs game plan

Finally got a chance to get down and fish. Heres my plan---not really targeting any fish types but just want to catch some.
Wed and Thurs. I will be out trolling by 7 am from the Pensacola pass down and back to the fishing pier using some dusters and lures. Will stay with-in 2 miles of shore and will be using one down rigger I will have another two rods ready to go, one with a gotcha and the other a bubble rig. I will have a fifth rod with a cobia lure on just in case. Going to pick up some frozen minows and the hit up the bait boat for some live stuff. If things permit I may hit up Bob Sykes bridge at night. Anybody have any ideas on how I can improve on this?? Just trying to maximize my chances of catching fish. I will be in a 25' Trophy with twin Hondas, give a shout out if you see me--Thanks

Just looked at the seas forcast and it looks perfect. 1-2's wed. and Thursday.
Do you have any numbers. If not they are simple to find. Smooth water, you got a 25 foot boat. Put some fuel in that bad boy and take a ride. Go by a bait shop and get a Hilton's map. Use live bait once you find the structure. All your gonna catch with a duster right now up by shore is small Spanish. Take that boat and catch a big amberjack. You don't have to go that far. They are every where once you find good structure 10 miles out.
