Default Trailer Jack Suggestions

I need to buy a new trailer jack for my boat trailer. I need it to be a jack that has the foot (not a wheel). I also need it to have a total lift of 30" or close to it. and a ratingfor1500 - 2500lbs. Please tell me where would be the best place to purchase and if anyone has a source for a good discount. I live in Pensacola, and would like to buy one today(Sat) locally. Thanks in advance - Chris

West Marine or Academy are your best bets.

My 2 cents worth from 40+ years of boating. Go ahead spend the money and get a good one. Get one rated higher than you need. In our salt water environment the cheap ones just don't last. I'm saying this after years of buying the cheap ones, finally spent the $$$ and have been happy.

Also you can get more lift by mounting it more toward the rear of the trailer.

Academy does not have the jack with a foot in the height or weight category.

Robs is the way to go IMHO - but, to my knowledge they are a Mon - Fri business. The number is 438-0038 (W st location) or 434-5344 (Wright st location):usaflag
