I'd be very careful and you better download the FL State Waters .kml file and view your spots in Google Earth prior to your fishing trip to ensure they are inside state waters. Reason I say this is because I have one Dutch Banks number that is outside of the state line and a few timber hole numbers that are outside of state waters. Especially the timber holes about halfway between the brass wreck and the spot containing the burgess barge and tugboat zuess.

Check out this link to my thread:

https://www.pensacolafishingforum.com...daries-158850/

Wetlands1 posted a link in it. Scroll down to the bottom of that page and you'll see the Florida State Waters file titled "State Waters - FL". Click on that name and a box prompting you to open or save should appear. Save the file onto your computer. Then open the file in Google Earth by going to File ---> Open and choose the file. It should appear in your Temporary Places folder and you can then move it into "My Places" or another folder you might have to permanently save it in Google earth. Then just click it on or off to view the state waters line.

I'll tell you this...I have 9 Dutch Banks numbers that are all in a group close together and then one that's out all alone. If you have the same in your GPS, don't fish the one that's out there all alone to the SE of the group of 9...it's in Federal Waters.
