Default Spinning reel question

I used to have a small spinning reel that after you reeled in your line, when you let go of the handle, it would back the bail up and stop, when it got closest to the rod. That make it easy to grab the line and cast again. Does anybody know what this feature is called? And what brand reel use it?

Yep, thats the brand. Upon looking at the website, it was a syncopate. Dang this getting old crap. LOL Thank you
