On a side note.......Don't forget that your Alabama fishing license is only good for Saturday and not Sunday. Bet they get a lot of folks on that one.

Oh, So you have to renew to fish the last extra day. I would have been stumped on that. I have only fished Florida and our license expires 365 days from purchase. I buy it every year on my Birthday so I do not forget.
Sorry 'bout that confusion LY-zer. Alabama licenses are good for 365 days also, just that the 365 starts Sept 1 year after year. Kind of sucks but at least you remember when to buy your license every year and you can put everything from hunting, fishing, ducks....on the same license
Money grab by the state of Alabama. I get pissed every August 31. We used to run for one year from date of purchase, but the greedy shits in Montgomery wanted more.
I am tellin yah the state/government are pro's at squeezing more money out of the public. They spend their entire existence coming up with new Ideas on how to get more money.
We just had a gas tax rammed down our throats for bridges and infrastructure and now they want to build a billion dollar bridge in Mobile and put a $6 one way toll on it.
Labor Day Forecast just in: Seas 12'-14' and building, severe waterspouts, lightning every 1/2 mile. Be on the look out for oil slicks, red tide and especially roll tide. End forecast.
