Custom king rod guide came apart. Is there any way to fix this without having to re-wrap it?

You may be able to silver solder it, but would have to protect heat transfer to rod. Dunno for sure.

Thanx for the reply. Guess I'll have to get it replaced and re-wrapped. Seems like no one knows

Personally, I would remove it and wrap a new one.

Rewrap you'll be better off in long run

I tried to fix one, no luck. Took it to tight lines and they replaced, can't tell it was replaced.
