Default Relay alternatives

so im having a hell of a time getting my trim to work properly. Mechanic says I have a bad relay, but both have been replaced within last 8 months!! when I trim down I blow the fuse connecting trim relays to starter relay!!

are there cheaper alternatives to factory relays like this one? These little jewels are $115 a piece!!

1996 Yamaha 115 2 stroke

Where are you pricing your part.
There are many alternative places to by parts other than the boat shop.

Swap the relays. If the fuse blows then when you trim UP, its a bad relay. Sounds like you might have other problems, wiring related or a bad switch.

I bought one of these for an older motor that had bad relays. It worked fine, not sure how long it will last in a saltwater environment.
