How far offshore? I thought reds were inshore and nearshore and that looks like an oil rig - which are usually way offshore!

About 8 or 9 years ago we got on 2 acre school of them about 3 miles out of Pensacola pass. They hit whatever we threw at them. I think you could have put a piece of paper towel on a bare hook and caught them. It's awesome when they come up like that !
