I'm going out Monday to look for mahi and AJ's. I figure all the public wrecks will have been beat to hell by then so I'm going to go to some nice long ledges in hopes that the pressure has at least been at least a little spread out. Hopefully I'll come up on a nice weed line to fish before getting to the bottom spots. The direction I go will depend on SST's and chlorophyll.

Sorry I didn't get the fleur-de-lis on there. Here's video proof that "Who Dat 1.0" and "The Tiger" actually catch fish.

It's going to be crowded. I'm taking someone who has never caught an AJ so I at least want to get him one and then if there are too many people I'll head somewhere away from people trolling at about 16 knots and maybe we'll luck into a wahoo or a nice weed patch. I'm planning on getting up super early. I would like to be outside filling the livewell by daybreak.

When does the season open? I thought it was Friday. I'm excited, I get off Thursday.
