Default Portable chair Opinon?

Was looking at this from BPS

http://www.basspro.com/Offshore-Angl...product/59015/

but not sure if I want to drop 140 bucks on a chair... it looks pretty comfortable and durable, and the fact I can take it on and off the boat is a plus. What do you guys think? Im tired of the crappy plastic beach chairs or the canvas ones that break or fall apart.

I may be the guy that sold the chairs, not sure. Bought them from West Marine for about $199 or so each. Looked similar to Bass Pro but never seen theirs. I used mine for cruises, lots of stuff. They went to the Keys multiple times and to the Bahamas too. These are good products, if you rinse them off with fresh water and dry and then store inside, they will last forever. Only thing I ever did was spray the moving parts and put new rubber feet on them a year or so ago, otherwise they were always ready.

These chairs sit very well and are well made. I have two I used on the boat but now they are my pool deck go to chair. Something about the angle of the back to the seat. Its my beer drinking pool chair now.

Most of the BPS reviews are positive (written by BPS) but the negative reviews indicated poor construction with weak plywood.
