Default Pathfinder boats

Iím kind of curious about these boats, Iíve been looking around, well just starting to look around and donít know much about these boats, are they good boats? Mediocre? Or just bad? I know they hold value well, Iím interested in the 18-22í models, any advice or anything I should lean towards? Or stay away from? I appreciate all advice

Go ask an FWC officer. They run a lot of pathfinder.

Been running a 2000 2200V since 2007. Ride is nice and dry. It has been used pretty hard. Components have held up well over time. Front deck/rear deck/ floor still solid. I think they are one of the better made boats on the market. There is a reason they hold their value.

Buddy of mine down in Fort Myers Beach has a 24 Pathfinder. Thing runs great and fishes very well. I've done inshore and a few miles off the coast with it and it's a comfortable ride.

Nephew has a 2000'ish - 22' that I've fished off of. Looked it all over and will say that its built-! Not exactly my preferred layouts, but they're studs.

Okay, here it goes. My son bought a 22’ Pathfinder Tournament Edition and bought a Scout 221 Winyah Bay.
So his T -Top starts to loose from where the feet are mounted to the deck. After $2,000 the mount never stayed in place. Came to fine out after much research, that Scout boats have metal sections under the glass deck, so their T-Top feet stay secure. The Pathfinder has no such under deck support, which creates a perpetual issue. Just a few differences in a high line boat vs mid level Pathfinder. The older model pathfinders also had water drain issues.
I would like to think pathfinder has corrected these problems.
As for how the Pathfinder handles the sea’s - no issues. Very good hull design.
