Default Outcast Charter Docks - good people

We see a lot of rants on this forum, but I'd just like to share a quick rave. I stopped in at Outcast Charter Docks in Orange Beach yesterday shortly after they got a new truck load of live shrimp. I got 5 dozen and promptly put them in a live well, but didn't eyeball them since we were in a hurry to get home for dinner. I went to move them into a new live well when I got to the house and found about half of them very dead (mushy). I called up to Outcast to let them know their shipment was bad. The manager, Julie, told me she'd make it right if I could come back in. I said I couldn't make it until after fishing sunrise today. She said no problem. As I was docking the boat this morning she was right there waiting on me and promptly set me up with 6 dozen live shrimp, more than I had originally purchased. I bought a couple more dozen, fueled up, and took my boys fishing and we caught a few redfish and black drum.

It's good to see folks like Outcast treat people right, and I'm pretty sure my boys learned some valuable lessons too. Thanks, Outcast!

I always get good service at Outcast except when they're running low on shrimp and they save them for charter guys.
