Default Navarre Boat Ramp?

I posted something the other day about it, sorry for the repeat. Does anyone know what actually happened to the Navarre boat ramp?
Also, who can I call to bitch about the deep sand on the ramp?

I would think there would be a sign over there with a point of contact listed for the park... Used to be a nice place to launch, but I haven't been over in a long time now.

I launched there yesterday... it appears someone ran into the Juana's side, the concrete is busted. If someone ran into it, i could not imagine what their boat must look like.

The sand is so deep on the side that is good, I would warn anyone wanting to launch there with a bigger, or heavier boat to possibly look before you drop in there. I had to back into the side that is roped off from the broken dock, and drift over to the good side to tie off. I cannot imagine what this will be like when it gets busy there.... whew. Fair warning to anyone planning on using it, especially for the upcoming holiday weekend when everyone is trying to launch!

I called the county, was referred to a second number, who said they would call me back. I did get a call back, and was informed that the dock itself was broken by the recent storm that hit Navarre Beach hard. Also, he said the bucket loader, which cleans out the launch area, had been broken. And! He said the sand was cleaned up this very morning! I'll go over this weekend to verify. He said they usually clean up the launch area of built up sand once a week but are going to start doing it twice a week.

Good news I thought!

I had not heard this, I wish I would have asked when I had them on the phone!
