Default More snapper what ifs

So I fish from Pensacola and buy an Alabama license. Federal waters are closed off of Florida but state waters are open, federal waters are open off of Alabama so I come in through perdido pass with my snapper and proceed to Florida. I'm in legal water the entire time. Ive broken no laws, right?

If you get checked in State waters (doesn't matter which one) you run the risk a of citation if you don't have that State's license.

You may not have broken any laws, but you are subject to a ticket. The officer will not know where you caught the fish.

Until you crossed over into Florida there would be no risk, but once you entered FL waters without a FL license and you had RS then you could get a ticket.

Having varying seasons along the borders makes things way complicated for everyone.

if you have a lic. from both states, and are within the legal limits, then what is the question again?

So, then I can fish in Florida waters after federal waters close and if I'm going to Orange Beach then I have to have someone pick up the fish at the Interrarity point boat launch. Are they then legal to transport across the Alabama state line?
