Mangrove snapper, Michael?
I'm encouraged to see numbers of mangrove snapper. We caught 7, probably a record for my boat. Also, seeing a fair number of gags this season. Think it was hurricane Michael?

Wild populations ebb and flow in cycles, who knows? Mango numbers have been pretty high in my fishing areas for several years, but it's all subject to change regardless of the desires and rules of the regulators.

Wish you hadn't made the comment about the gags. NOAA and FWC will shut it down next week for sure now.
