Default Looking for a recipe

Like the title says, I'm looking for a good recipe to grill some Cobia I caught last week. I saw on another thread that boomshakalaka posted something about bacon wrapped grilled Cobia.

That sounds good, anything wrapped in bacon is tasty, but if you have a favorite you don't mind sharing, please share it.

IMO, you just can't go wrong with Cobia. We like plain butter with just a touch of garlic or Zat. blackened seasoning pan cooked on the stove(EASY). OR Zat. X-Crispy in egg wash with mustard. I love the fried one but try not to indulge too often. If I am going to eat Cobia I wanna taste the Cobia. Save all the spices for lesser quality fishies.

olive oil lemon and pepper season don't over cook or hide the taste with too much spice.

Ling kabobs wrapped in bacon with a touch of dales. They are fine.

Thanks guys, they all sound yummy. I've got a few steaks, so I'm hoping to try out a couple of these.

A light dusting of Cavender's is great on cobia. Grill it or throw it in a non-stick pan with a little olive oil.
