Been with a pipeline company for over 33 years now. I can promise you, just because we have an easement and ROW across private property does not mean you can use it. If you would like to test that theory out, contact me and I will recommend a few areas we cross, (with no fences), that you are welcome to go an drive into and park and wait for the owner.
