Default I burped smoke! Am I ok?

Really nasty burp and it looked like exhaling a cigarette - I kid you not!
Been working with R-134 refrigerant all afternoon. But was not aware of any leaks in the system or that I breathed any of it. Kids have googled it and believe it was a magnesium supplement I took after supper. They are calling me "the dragon" lol

Did you, by any chance, have a big chug of water with that magnesium?

obviously it was the supplement.... cause:

http://www.epa.gov/ozone/title6/608/faq.html

Can I vent HFC-134a refrigerant?
It is illegal under Section 608 of the Clean Air Act to knowingly vent substitute refrigerants during any service, maintenance, repair or disposal of an appliance.

LOL, if they thought they could collect then they would find a way to fine you... I mean you admitted to possibly venting HFC-134 on a public forum....
