Default How long for the water to clear up?

After all the rain we got the first few weeks of this month, the water vis is awful. How long does it normally take to clear up? A coupel days? weeks?

a good week if we get little to no more...problem is rivers are full and every little shower up stream keeps it flowing mud....

Yep, it has to stop raining first. Then the rivers have to get down to normal levels. After those two conditions are met, it takes about a week for the regular tidal flows to get the water in the bay systems clean again.

It's clear from about 20 feet and deeper the fresh brown tannic water is on top of the clear stuff. At least the last three days it's been that way....

It had some nice clear color at Paradise Hole this past saturday. I even saw some flying fish and some chicken dolphins
