Default Hoss filet knife

I just came across this monster filet knife anyone have or use one of these sawzall filet knifes

Not sure bout that un but my mom found a Gladding King filet knife at a yardsale many moons ago fer me and I have cleaned tons of fish and deer with it... It holds an edge and easy to sharpen.



That one you posted looks cool and it being used in conjunction with a sawzall looks like it would make lite work of fishies!!!!

Looks like it would destroy a filet. A good sharp Forschner or Dexter and you're good to go.

Default Ought to work great for Gar.

I bought an electric fillet knife for one of my friends several years ago and he had nothing but trouble with it. He said neither of the blades cut worth a crap.

"I tried one blade and it didn't work so I put in the spare. It didn't work either."
