Default Guideline Sunglasses!

About 2 years ago, I bought a pair of rio elite guideline's and LOVE them! Great quality and they don't break the bank like some of the other brands....

Anyways, Academy put on a sale on the pro series guideline's that they had, so I had to get me a pair for working (so I don't mess up my good ones ). I bought a pair of the chameleons which come with 2 sets of interchangeable lens.

Well, last week, I started noticing the left lens falling out when I would put them on top of my thing I know the frame had cracked and broke in half . I finally took the time to give Guideline a call today and their customer service was AWESOME!! I told the lady what happened and she said that she needed my name, number, and address. Needless to say, I have a new frame shipped out TODAY headed my way

You can't beat that kind of customer service. Any of you interested in what they have here's their website Several local stores around here carry them.

I have had a pair of guidelines for 2 years and wear them everyday. Never had to use customer service, but good to know that it went smoothly for you. I will be a repeat customer.

I use mine as a backup pair on the boat. They are great, but the frames are flimsy.
