What's the plan with the GLENN EDWARDS in the Pensacola Bay, is it dredging the bay?

It's a big hopper dredge and looks like its dredging the mooring area and channel around Palafox pier.

He's been dredging the approach for the port.... be at it for 5 days or so.... it smells awful when he's kicking up that mud.

I don't know for a 100% fact.... butbi would assume so. He keeps going in to the gulf after a few hours of dredging.

Yes, he is. Check out the link posted above...you can see exact coordinates of where he heads out to, stops, and then comes back in.
