Lightbulb Fish Ruler

I made this a while back with some PVC boards and a fish ruler sticker and stainless screws. It has worked out great on the boat and washes off easy and it floats as well. I did router the ends to round them off. Makes it pretty easy to measure fish.

As accurate as the sticker. As long as you prove your measuring device you used was legit you are ok. That don't mean cut an inch out of a tape and put back together. I used a cooler lid 1 day. All I had on me. Got checked. Little was different from officers measuring device. Fish came up a bit short. He was good with it cause that is what I used and all I had.

I like the cloth tape measures, just in case you catch something that you want to measure girth and such... I've bought a few but always loose em!!!! I think I have a metal retractable kind on the boat!
