Default RE: Finance or pay cash?

lastcast (11/29/2009)If you do finance and pay it off early, watch your credit score. When I went for a home loan my score was alot lower than it should've been. After looking into it I found out it was because I paid my car off early. One of the questions was did I make regular scheduled payments, and they answered no.They took that as not making payments and lowered my score. It took a while for them to see the light and correct it.

To up your score you would have to get a 6 month loan or 1year loan. Paying it off 1 month or 2 month early will not hurt you.

pay cash. tthat way you can take that would be boat payment every month and buy fishing goodies with it. the goodies never run will always be finding stuff you want. or in my case, stuff you just have to have. plus if you dont fish year round you wont be making payments on something just sitting there. just my two cents.
