Default Favorite fish to Grill?

What is your favorite fish to eat off the grill? And what is your favorite way to eat shrimp? I didn't know til recently that there are different kinds of shrimp. I just thought a shrimp was a shrimp. Thanks

Snapper throats on the grill ain't bad. Striped bass is mighty fine on the grill, as well as trigger and grouper. Blackened flounder is good.

I like steamed shrimp like they serve at Indian Pass Raw Bar, and I prefer bay shrimp over deep water shrimp. I avoid Royal Reds whenever possible.

What Bodupp said. Can't stand a royal red, bay shrimp are awesome. Redfish on the half shell is good for grilling.

I love me a whole grilled Pompano, minus the head and guts of course. Cut a couple of X's on each side, rub it down with Olive Oil and seasoning, WOW! May have to cook one this weekend!

Fat slabs of a spot tail with some italian dressing and a dusting of Cavenders!

What’s with the royal reds hate?

I grilled up an almaco and I was shocked at how good it was.
