Default Dry slip marina with ramp?

I saw on craigslist a marina that has dry storage for 40 a month and they have a ramp for launching your boat. Is there any marinas in pensacola that have the same type deal? I know Pensacola Shipyard has a ramp, but I think their dry storage is pretty high from what I have heard.... any other marinas that offer low price dry storage and have a ramp?

Something is wrong with the price. I cant believe any marina will dry dock any boat for 40.00 a month. I would think this is low even if this is the price to leave your boat on a trailer in their lot.

Basically they are charging you 40 a month to park your boat on a trailer in their lot. Its Destiny Marina that is doing it. I would rather have my boat a little closer though if possible. My boat is a trailer sailer so if I could find a reasonable place to park it so I could just leave the mast up, it would be alot easier..

if you're retired military it's $50.00 a month with electricity and water at Sherman Cove on NAS Pensacola. They have spots available.

I kept my boat there till I sold it. They let me plug in to electricity to charge my trolling motor. Good people too. It was only a few miles from my house....
