Derailed? Nah, got the answer i was looking for plus the reaction i expected from this group. I thought the blog sounded kind of "fishy" so thank you for confirming my thoughts.

Go figure (these people really get under my skin)

The blog was written by Stuart H. Smith

Stuart H. Smith is an attorney based in New Orleans fighting major oil companies and other polluters

Not if it would vear people away from local seafood. Hell, we are just getting the word out that the Gulf fishery is ok. If Frank Patti would stopp telling the media and everyone on his commercials that HE won't sell or eat Gulf or local seafood he is hurting himself in the long run and all the other Seafood markets in the now. It pisses me off when I go in there and see all the signs in front of each kind of fish/shellfish and it says " Not From the Gulf Of Mexico" Like it's a good thing. He used to be loud and proud to say " Fresh from the Beautiful Gulf"

We need people all over the country to know our fishery is well and delicious.

The crabs look like they had some blunt force trauma, not sick or infected. I've caught many like that, I don't eat em but throw them back just for table appearance and because they are plentiful.

Frank has been selling and advertising right on the glass Emerald Coast Mullet, Mobile Bay Shrimp, and Pensacola Bay Shrimp for over a month now.

Guess his settlement check came through.

Burns from oil, If you believe that I've got some water view property for sale. I don't see how they can print that crap. If I was a blue crab I'd sue them for deformation of shell.....
