Exclamation Construction at Galvez Landing

Starting today, Galvez will be under construction. We will be removing the old docks and installing new, longer ones with wave breaks for more boat access. We will have 1 ramp shut down at all times and both ramps closed for short periods of time. Just plan accordingly and realize you may have to wait to launch. Sorry for any inconveniences that may occur.

Thank's for the info.

Will the 1 1/2ft drop off holes at the top of the ramp be filled in?

I've never dropped a trailer tire in one, but it sure could ruin someones day if they did.

Thanks for the info. Was wondering when the construction was gonna start. Should be a lot more dock space when done. 75' on one side and 90' on the other. Wish the County would have widened have widened the ramps though. Are you the contractor?
thanks again

DMC (Dales) is doing the work. Saw that this morning. I think they are outstanding. We used them to repair our condo dock and the work was first rate.

That will be nice.

But I don't understand why the existing dock that is 90degs to the ramp couldn't stay and then just add a angled portion as in the drawing? This is on the RH side of the drawing.
