Default Blackfish

Caught our first blackfish this weekend and Ive always heard how good they were. Any suggestions on how to cook it?

This? Black sea bass, I have heard that they are good, never tried one though. It is part of the grouper family.

Blackfish is another name for Tripletail.

I like mine salted and peppered covered in cornmeal and boiled in grease.
