Default Bad Ass Cat Boat..twin zukes!

Saw this leaving Ono Island the other day.
Twin 20 Zukes!
Bet it runs at the speed of smell.
Just can't understand the twin thing but maybe he wanted a Freeman on a "me" type budget.
Only needed a Rav4 tow vehicle to complete the package.

His boat's maximum hp rating was for a 20hp motor, but he wanted a 40hp. So he did the next best thing staying within the USCG Rating.
