Wonder if their permits are suspended and if not, WHY not?

Don't have any more free time to search but seems interesting that I couldn't quickly discover the case and particulars as they should be public domain given his published apology. I'd be curious what the penalty(ies) were/are/fashioned? because of all this regulatory activity.
