2 Kings this morning.
Have not cranked the boat in 6 weeks. Got up at 5 and checked the weather, buoy, etc and made the call. Shoved off about 7 with a 17 mile trip from the house to the pass. A bit bumpy till I got to 3 mile bridge then what I would call a light chop. Passed a little east of Navy Point so the patrol boat would not run out after me like I was a terrorist. Probably should not have used that word on the Internet. Anyway ran out past the last buoy about 3 miles headed east for a hour nothing. turned North toward P'cola Beach and hooked up 2 Kings in the 30 inch range both released and happy. BTW there are a bunch of jellies about the size of a 5 gallon bucket everywhere. Anyway no pictures as I was alone and trying to clear 2 lines so you can reel in the 3rd is difficult plus pictures. By 10:30 the Gulf looked like a lake. Ran in at about 40mph around 12ish. One of the Blues blew right over me at about 200'. Great day.

If you wave at the pickens pier when you go by I would have waved back. Sounds like you had fun. Welcome to the no fly list.
