You can get the actual lift for about $3500-4000. Rest depends on how much wire you need, how many piles you need set and whether you are gonna DIY.

doubting I would do it myself, probably 6 piles max, already got the pier...

Figure close to $8-$10K with a contractor doing it all. I did a Golden Elevator style with two pilings and it was $7500. Depends also on size and depth of pilings.

I will say it was the best money I have ever spent for boating. Get the remote controls too.

I recently (completed a month ago) had a 13K lb hard cradle, 2-motor lift w/ house and composite walkway around all 3 sides for <$15k. House has white tin roof. I really like it. I can provide photos.

I'd expect you could do that with 4 pilings no problem. I'd say $8k installed by a pro. But that's if you've already got power out there.

Pete Gaddy with Gulf Marine Construction did mine and I don't have any complaints, but do shop around. His cell is 251.370.4938.
