Do these YouTube stars go off the same content list? Their all the same!!! Clean a pin fish, catch and cook, how to tie a knot & look at a fish I caught on a Barbie rod.

Dunno...when I was a kid in Florida...pinfish/pigfish were bait. I used to get a dime a piece for them. Catfish/sailcats were fertalizer. Jack's were good fighters, never eaten tho... I guess everything changes as time goes on, but, I'm not into filleting a pinfish let alone gonna eat that puppy!

Okay, we know how to fillet a pinfish now....the burning question is WHY would we want to know that?

I thinks I'll just stick with putting shrimp, crabs and chicken or oysters in the gumbo, thank you.
That way, I don't have to worry about filleting pinfish, having my friends shake their heads while saying " damn, Skip has lost his mind" and staging an intervention.

Ya see, friends don't let friends fillet and eat pinfish.
