Default Choctawhatchee bream

Currently the bream bite is not so hot where I have been fishing in the river lakes below Smokehouse. However, 2 -3 weeks ago it was doing very well and improving. Last couple of trips produced barely enough for a meal. Same for a couple of friends who have been working the river. Yet, on other Choctaw river forums I'm seeing supper catches. Apparently some of those folks got something I don't have. or are fishing a different river???
Today 8 bream was the take for 4 hours and it got hot on up in the morning. One shellcracker today had bloody eggs so maybe it won't be long before there is some cracker action.
