Decided to fire up the Egg today. For lunch, threw on some chicken breasts for the kids, some pork and alligator sausage and some shrimp shish kabobs. Just got back and fired it back up, it had cooled down to about 180, in preparation for some big ole mahi chunks. Rubbed them with some AC Legg orange chipotle rub. Gonna toss them on while the wife makes some risotto and mango salsa.
