Good morning, how have you all been. this is Jeff Brady, Madmax, I left pcola in 03 and have missed it ever since. How has the fishing been? I just looked this morning to see who was still around. Hope all is well.

Happy to look at for you. I have one of very same projects going on at another home now. It is 12 feet down one wall and 8 feet up the other. The termites have eaten wasn't rotten. Call me sometime. The mold is an easy issue to fix. I have stuff to kill it and remove it.
