rig trip was slow Got the AJs, several Amacos and one scamp plus some big eyes Lots of hard tails, no BFT or YFT Sorry to hear about the break off but it happens When ever catching a fish and before starting need to check the line for abrasions/cuts. The fins and tail of fish will weaken the line. I just ordered 1000 meters of 100# braid to replace some of mine ed

How did the rig trip go? I'm not going to need to borrow your electric reel at the end of the month. I appreciate the offer though. Anytime you wanna go fishing let me know. I got screwed on 8/1. My buddy apparently wasn't taking care of his equipment. His braid was old and I kept getting broken off (using boston mackerel single drop rig) . I did catch some nice size red snapper though.
    Thanks,
    Tony

I am thinking about leaving about 10p tomorrow night or about 5:30 Monday morning. Plan to take a 133 degree heaing out of pass to the Oriskany to bottom fish and then on to troll the edge.

I'm Sean Hastings, and I'll do whatever kind of fishing is available. My son is my good luck charm, and always tags along on any fishing trip I go on. I like trolling for spanish, and kings. My favorite fish to catch are Pompano, Spanish Macks, King Macks, Reds, Snapper, and Cobia. Pretty much anything :P
