garcon point is a good place to start .i have got some around that point when the wind is light.to the left is all flats and to the right is good also.good luck mmmmflounder.
Google, Santa Rosa parks and boat ramps. You can get maps with direction there. You can start out at Archie Glover boat ramp its not far from you. Just work your way out the channel to the bay. Go left toward Indian Bayou thats a good sandy bottom, or right under the rail road bridge. If you go right its harder to flounder,but we got into them one night that way on a low tide and killed over 30. Also if the bay is to rough you can just flounder around in the bayou. Good luck.
