Everything for the most part except .. I had planned to fiberglass floor and deck it still remains wood / painted but wood and wanted to get high quality paint ... But didn't and it has chipped off in several spots some screws need to be replace with stainless ones it's nothing major or nothing going to hinder fishing I have caught snapper on this boat been shark fishing flounder gigging ... Picked up crabs limited out several nights I've trolled the bay and caught kings red fish Spanish ... It is a fishing boat but I would liked to have spent just a little more time on completing project to make it little nicer .... There is a bad ass boat paint out there that is a all in one they say it can even be brushed on call awlgrip but do to remodleing house time or funds not available
