I ended up putting off the boston butt until this weekend. Just wondering if you wouldnt mind sharing that injection recipe you were talking about. About what is your total cook time for the butt. Do you put anything on the outside before the byrons or just coat it in the byrons. Thanks for the advice.
I too am looking to join in some groups, but I am going to take my new yak out and get very comfortable with launching and paddling and getting back in after a roll before I take any gear out with me. I also know nothing about saltwater fishing!
