Clinton Lake is just outside of Lawrence, Kansas. Hybrid bass are pretty dang easy to catch...look for schools of baitfish being busted on the surface, and throw anything that looks like a minnow (spinnerbait, Kastmaster, little Cleo, Xrap) into the area being busted.
Blue water looks to be out around the double nipple. It is blue/green at nipple, spur, elbow/steps. Looks to ba a little push about 40NM SSE of Destin, just 10 miles west of the eastern edge. Water generally looks good over whole area...
