I didn't replace the shaft. The welder took it out and extended it about six inches in the middle. It cost over $100. So between the cart, welding and wheels it was pretty damn expensive. Sorry for not responding sooner.

HAG 90 10

I would love to upgrade mine. If you don't mind, how much did it cost to upgrade? Did you have to replace the shaft?
