    Good afternooon..

They were all Bonito, we managed to catch a few but were hoping they would be Spanish. We had a decent day that morning catching Black Snapper and Flounder back towards the SOund. Was slow start for sure!

Hey Capt. How did you do this morning? I wanted to get close and say hey but the current was rocken and you had a boat load. So I didnt bother you. I left and went to big lagoon and fished shallow. Lot of lady fish and on Blue Fish. I didnt do anything in the pass. Do you know what fish that was the was blowing up the bait? I think they were Bonitas. But they wouldnt take a top water plug or a spoon so I left.

Quick Q for you Capt. Your website shows the rates but is that per person or group or how does that work? Family of 4 in mind for doing some chartered fishing. Also, how does bag limit work under a chartered trip? My wife and I have licences but not my boys. Lastly, do you put in at Hub Stacy of Innerarity Point Rd? I want to say I have seen your boat or one exactly like it. We live just up the road.

Appreciate that Brad. We also caught alot of spanish by the number 6 bouy on the way out, gotchas and actually had one destroy my sabiki loaded with cigars coming to the boat. Headed back to the "O" this weekend, its sad the snapper season is winding down. Again i appreciate the tip. And im letting all my friends know about your charter service. thx again my friend. Try switching over to a Chicken (two hook rig). The weight on the bottom of the rig will allow for a ton more sensitivity. A trigger fishes bites is very light. Very similar to that of a Sheepshead. Also, keep in mind that triggers hang high above structure in schools. Most time if they are thick and you drop straight to the bottomm you will be baitless by the time to make it. Try second intervals on the way down. Stop at 10 sec, 15 sec and so on till you hook one. Then focus on that depth till they move..

Let me know if this helps and please if you have any other questions feel free to ask!

Brad, this is my first yr out and im having really good success. I just recently fished the Oriskany and some other numbers my buddies have hooked me up with, but i have yet to pull in a trigger. Is there any tricks of the trade you can help me with? Ive been using squid with 3/0 circles on a carolina rig. Any help would be appreciated. Btw, that lady from the fishing chics that you are in the pic looks very nice! Chris and them with that caption on you was classic. Thx alot and i'm prob going to hook up with you to capn my boat on some doormats. ive only caught them around the ole pier at ft pickens and the water treatment place across from shoreline there.

Brad! I just realized you paid cash for the Queen entry. It's still sitting in an envelope up at Hot Spots. Go grab it. Or donate it to the "Kill Joe Z's liver fund" up to you.
