when running the motor at almost full throttle, the engine boggs down and goes to idle speed at around 5000 rpm.you have to stop go to neutral to get it to go again.i have changed fuel filter, fuel lines, fuel check valve on motor and a bunch of other stuff.problem is still there.any ideas.

Is this an fuel injected or carbs. It sounds like something is putting it into rpm reduction,  or an o2 sensor issue depending on the engine,,,,, call me and i will talk you through it,,, or you can bring it to me and ill fix it for you,,,,

I think it would be best for you to call and get guidance if you really want to try and tackle this. I feel that it would also benefit you to have someone check it out and tell you what the problem is. Then you can decide to repair it yourself or not. It can be one of your fuel pumps, an O2 sensor, blockage, several others like Kenny said. At least call and discuss it so you can have an idea of everything you will need to look for.
